Mizpah Monastic Community, USA is the abode where God abides, to be with His people, to heal them and to fill them with His love and blessings. It is led by the Anointing Fire Sisters of Jesus and Mary (ASJM), with the sole aim of world evangelization through proclamation of Word of God, to lead people towards the love of God by apostolic ministry and using the charism of the Holy Spirit.

This monastery is under the patronage and recognition of His Excellency Bishop Mar Joy Alapatt, the Bishop of St Thomas Syro Malabar Eparchy of Chicago. The monastery in the USA was established in Chicago in 2023 October 4 at a temporary house and later found a permanent monastery at 1119 Oak Creek Road, Red Oak, Texas in 2025 October 16.  

The Mizpah monastic community is flourishing under the spiritual canopy of Rev. Fr. Xavier Khan Vattayil, Rev. Fr. Binoy Karimaruthinkal and Rev. Mother Amy Emmanuel and all ministries are conducted by the Anointing Fire Sisters. The superior of the Mizpah Monastic Community, Red Oak, is Sr. Rose John Emmanuel.

Retreats held here

Mizpah Monastic Community renders its ministries to all people of different walks of life. One-day and weekend spiritual retreats are conducted here for the renewal of mothers, young adults and families. In order to build up the future of the Mother Church and to form soldiers for the Kingdom of God, retreats for teenagers and young adults are also held here.

Every month, the monastery conducts either a three-day retreat, a one-day retreat, or both, in addition to prayer gatherings and night vigils with the faithful, held either at the monastery or in surrounding parishes.
